All products sold on 3D STL Hub are digital downloads only, including STL files, ZIP archives, and other digital assets.
No physical products are shipped, and no physical items will be delivered by mail.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your files will be available for instant download directly from the order confirmation page.
You will also receive an email containing your download link at the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery is considered completed when:
- The files become accessible through the download link
- Or the confirmation email containing the download information has been sent
3. Download Issues
If you experience problems accessing or downloading your files, including:
- Missing download links
- Corrupted ZIP archives
- Incorrect or incomplete downloads
- Technical access issues

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are:

6. File Access & Backup
Files are made available immediately after purchase.
We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your files after purchase for long-term access.
